Jessica Alba is house hunting in the Big Apple

Jessica Alba spends so much time in the Big Apple, that she's now looking for a house in the city.

A pal of the actress revealed that Alba and beau Cash Warren have been house hunting in New York, and have been looking at apartments in posh Chelsea, SoHo and the West Village during recent months.

"They love visiting New York and decided to have a second home here," the New York Daily News quoted the pal, as saying.

The friend added that the apartment will really come in handy for Alba, who visits New York often while working or for a shopping trip.

"Jessica wants to have a cozy place to stay, since she finds herself working and shopping in NYC all the time," the pal said.

Tribute to Gianni Versace

NAOMI CAMPBELL, Claudia Schiffer, Karl Lagerfeld, Rupert Everett and Jessica Alba were amongst the stars who turned out in tribute to Gianni Versace last night, as Milan hosted a sumptuous ballet created to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the legendary designer's death. The show, entitled Thanks, Gianni, With Love, was choreographed by Maurice Béjart, with whom Versace collaborated on 12 ballets in his lifetime. "We're going to dance for you a few tidbits that you created," Béjart said, looking at a projected image of Versace, before a ballerina in a long black and white dress with a full net skirt took to the stage. Dancers wore a selection of costumes created by Versace prior to his death, along with new designs by his sister, Donatella Versace, who now heads up his fashion empire. "Ballet was one of his favourite things," said Donatella, arriving at the La Scala opera house with her daughter, Allegra, for the performance. "I cannot think of a better way to mark this anniversary. It is something he would have loved."

Jessica Alba's male nudity fetish

Jessica Alba wants more male nudity in women’s magazines.
It seems that Jessica Alba's desire for eyeing naked men is getting steamier by the day. The Fantastic Four star has revealed in a magazine's August edition that she wants more overt male nudity in women's magazines. Alba said that she is sickened by the inequality between gender-targeted publications, and is leading a campaign for more explicit nudity for female readers.
"Men's magazines have nipples, so why don't women have a magazine where men are naked?" a website quoted her, as telling the mag. "If there was a magazine like that I'd buy it. Nudity's not a big deal to me. I won't go naked in my films, because I don't want to. But that doesn't mean I don't want to see others," she added.
